“If the audit report fails to identify at least 3 actionable, factually accurate issues with your Google Business Profile — or fails to name at least one specific, fixable cause of your visibility issue — request a refund within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund. If we miss the 72-hour delivery window, you receive an automatic refund without needing to email us. After 72 hours from delivery, refunds considered case-by-case.”

To request a refund, email hello@mapsaudit.co with your order ID and a brief note on which findings you're disputing. We respond within one business day.
